About Intercultural Connections Intercultural Connections is a not-for-profit organisation with the goal of connecting young changemakers with other young changemakers and with international opportunities. We create spaces for accessible, online intercultural peer learning – especially for youth who lack opportunities for in-person exchange programmes. Intercultural Connections offers education for sustainable development and global citizenship, social and emotional learning and creates spaces for intercultural dialogue for peacebuilding. Our flagship project is a yearly virtual exchange called Connections. We also organise regular meet-ups and educational workshops for our community of intercultural peacebuilders. We aim to make peace education accessible and provide spaces for new partnerships.
Deadline to apply: 15 July 2025. All emails will be treated after this date. Interviews will take place between 16 and 30 July. Do not hesitate to reach out to us with further questions.
Please make sure to have read the terms thoroughly. Incomplete applications and applications sounding like generic ChatGPT emails will not receive a response.

We already know what ChatGPT thinks of these opportunities. Applications showing no personality and are using a lot of void words will not convince us.
If none of these positions match your professional aspirations or skill set but you have an idea for a cool new programme on Education for Sustainable Development or Intercultural Dialogue, we’re happy to open a new role for you!
Tell us: What is a project you’d love to work on and bring to our community?
